Jimmy Ryan began his professional career with Manchester United during the 1960s, developing as a talented winger in one of England’s most famous clubs. He later enjoyed a successful spell with Luton Town, becoming known for his energy, work rate and technical ability out wide. The hugely respected coach then returned to Old Trafford and played a key role in developing the Red Devils’ famous class of ’92, developing the likes of Gary Neville, David Beckham and Paul Scholes as youth team manager.
